These Corporate and Compliance Policies are issued by Inversiones y Turismo PlanV® SpA, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Chile, which carries out its commercial activities under the brands PlanV® Travel Chile, PlanV® Chile and PlanV®.
The PlanV® trademark is registered with the Chilean National Institute of Industrial Property —INAPI— since May 08, 2017, under registration number 1195088.

These policies apply to all activities carried out by PlanV® Travel Chile, its collaborators and, where applicable, its suppliers and business partners.

- Business Ethics and Compliance Policy
PlanV® Travel Chile acts with honesty, transparency and integrity in its commercial operations.
The company rejects any form of corruption, bribery, fraud, undisclosed conflict of interest, unfair competition, breach of trust or conduct contrary to the law, contractual good faith or its corporate principles.
PlanV® Travel Chile promotes an organizational culture based on responsibility, respect, traceability of its operations and compliance with applicable legislation.
- Human Rights, Equality and Non-Discrimination Policy
We respect the dignity and fundamental rights of all people. We promote an inclusive environment free from discrimination, ensuring equal treatment and opportunities for clients, collaborators, suppliers and business partners, without distinction based on nationality, origin, gender, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other personal or social condition.
- Child and Adolescent Protection Policy
PlanV® Travel Chile maintains a zero-tolerance policy against any form of exploitation, abuse or commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.
We categorically reject any conduct that violates their rights and cooperate with the competent authorities to prevent, report and combat these practices, promoting safe, responsible and child-respectful tourism.
- Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy
The protection of privacy is a fundamental principle for PlanV® Travel Chile.
PlanV® Travel Chile will process the personal data of its clients, passengers, suppliers and business partners solely for legitimate purposes related to information, quotations, reservations, contracting, operation, invoicing, safety, follow-up and the proper provision of the requested or contracted tourism services.
Details regarding the categories of data processed, purposes, communication to third parties, data retention, rights of data subjects and contact channels are defined in full accordance with the principles of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). They are also aligned with the data protection commitments and standards adopted by Chile, in accordance with the current and applicable Chilean legislation on personal data protection, including Law No. 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life and Law No. 21.719 on the protection and processing of personal data.
PlanV® Travel Chile does not sell, rent, exchange or commercialize the personal data of its clients.
- Responsible Tourism and Environmental Protection Policy
PlanV® Travel Chile promotes sustainable tourism that contributes to the conservation of Chile’s natural and cultural heritage, seeking to minimize the environmental impact of its operations and encouraging responsible practices among passengers, collaborators and suppliers.

We provide clear, truthful and timely information about our programs, services, rates, inclusions, exclusions and contracting conditions.
Our relationship with clients and business partners is based on good faith, transparency, honesty and mutual respect, avoiding misleading practices or information that may lead to misunderstanding.
- Safety and Responsible Risk Management Policy
The safety of our passengers and collaborators is a permanent priority.
We assess the risks associated with our activities and promote preventive measures, appropriate procedures and sufficient information to contribute to the safe development of each tourism experience, especially in nature-based activities and expeditions.

- Confidentiality and Intellectual Property Policy
Commercial information, methodologies, documents, photographs, designs, trademarks, content, publications, itineraries, texts, maps and other intellectual assets of PlanV® Travel Chile are protected by applicable legislation.
Their reproduction, use, distribution or disclosure without express written authorization through the legal representation of the company is prohibited.
Likewise, collaborators, suppliers and business partners must maintain strict confidentiality and non-use regarding internal, commercial, operational or personal information to which they may have access as a result of their relationship with PlanV® Travel Chile.
- Responsible Relationship with Suppliers and Business Partners Policy
PlanV® Travel Chile seeks to establish relationships with suppliers, local operators, hotels, guides, transport companies, shipping companies, insurance companies and strategic partners that share principles of legality, ethics, transparency, sustainability, respect for people and quality in service delivery.
We seek to build long-term relationships based on trust, collaboration and mutual benefit, strengthening a responsible value chain.
- Exclusively Tourism Use of Services Policy
The programs, expeditions, sailing journeys, transport services, accommodations, excursions and experiences marketed by PlanV® Travel Chile are intended primarily for tourism, recreational, cultural, educational, sports, nature observation, leisure and rest purposes.
Any special purpose other than ordinary tourism use must be previously informed and authorized in writing by PlanV® Travel Chile. This includes, among others, film or television projects, documentaries, advertising, surveys for real estate, mining or energy purposes, scientific or social research, journalistic, political, commercial or corporate activities, or any other activity unrelated to ordinary tourism.
PlanV® Travel Chile may accept or reject requests with special purposes, as well as require specific conditions, permits, insurance, additional authorizations or specific commercial agreements where appropriate.
If, during the development of a program, it is verified that the services are being used for purposes other than those informed or authorized, or that such purposes were concealed or misrepresented, PlanV® Travel Chile may adopt reasonable and immediate measures to protect the operation, the safety of people, the privacy of third parties, its commercial rights or compliance with applicable legislation.
- Compliance Inquiries and Reporting Channel
Any client, passenger, supplier, collaborator or third party related to PlanV® Travel Chile may communicate inquiries, requests or situations that may be contrary to these Corporate and Compliance Policies through the email address contacto@viajesplanv.cl.
PlanV® Travel Chile will review the information received in good faith and adopt the reasonable measures that may correspond according to the nature of the case, safeguarding the confidentiality of the information and seeking to prevent retaliation against reports made responsibly and in good faith.
