From your first contact with PlanV® Travel Chile until your return home, you will always be accompanied online by the same Travel Consultant who presented your experience and with whom you booked it. Throughout your entire journey in Chile, you will also have the permanent on-site support of PlanV®’s operational team, made up of professional transport providers and senior guides who know every detail of your itinerary, many of them offering assistance in the native language of our passengers.
At airports, connections, transfers and at every stage of the program, your movements are integrated from the moment of booking into our PlanV® Mobility service methodology. In simple terms, this means that there will always be someone available to assist you and a vehicle ready to transport you. PlanV® MobilityWe connect all of Chile
We have developed private transport services for agencies from the exclusive Virtuoso circle, coordinated logistics for groups of international professionals navigating the Andean fjords, arranged the movement of scientific press teams to almost inaccessible mountain ranges in Patagonia, and supported specialized press expeditions to the Karukinka Reserve, in the far south of Tierra del Fuego, mobilizing technical staff and equipment through support vehicles and trailers prepared to operate in highly complex conditions. Our network also includes operators of small aircraft, helicopters and seaplanes.
All this experience is now available to our passengers, and also to end clients on request, through our PlanV® Mobility methodology. For each stage of your journey, we work with carefully selected operators in Chile’s main destinations, whom we also supervise 24/7.
From your arrival at Santiago International Airport (SCL), where your experience in Chile begins, and later during each of your flights, connections, land transfers, embarkations or movements between destinations, everything has been previously coordinated. PlanV® MobilityWe solve mobility and logistics
PlanV® Mobility provides immediate responses to our passengers, as well as to end clients on request, addressing transport and logistics needs in real time anywhere in Chile. We act, for example, when a service contracted through a third party was not confirmed, did not arrive or was cancelled at the last minute; when it is necessary to urgently connect a destination by land, air or sea; to access isolated or difficult-to-reach locations; to mobilize technical staff, executives or professionals with equipment to remote areas; to coordinate the reception and safe transfer of international visitors from airports or ports; or to resolve any requirement that demands a fast and reliable solution by air, sea, land, or through a combination of some or all of them.
PlanV® Mobility is a management methodology based on a nationwide network of real contacts and trusted operators, carefully developed over years throughout Chile. It allows us to coordinate solutions within minutes, supervise each operation, maintain permanent communication, provide active payment methods and ensure an efficient response, with transparent rates and 24/7 availability.
PlanV® MobilityHow to book your transfer
PlanV® Mobility is activated immediately by contacting us through the MOBILITY button or by sending an email to contacto@viajesplanv.cl indicating your contact details, place of residence, travel dates, number of passengers and the specific transport service you require, including pickup point, destination and a contact phone number. We will respond within minutes.
Once the solution has been confirmed and accepted by you, including timing, the person responsible, transfer protocols and the associated rate, we will send you a payment link through the official TRANSBANK/WEBPAY platform for payment by credit or debit card, expressed in Chilean pesos (CLP), or our company bank account for payment by bank transfer. We do not accept cash payments or cryptocurrency payments. Likewise, the professionals in charge of transport do not receive payments directly.
Once your payment has been received, we will confirm your service and issue the corresponding invoice for passenger transport. The service will be monitored until its completion.
Your data will be treated confidentially, in accordance with our Corporate and Compliance Policies, available on this website in the menu banner and at the footer under “Compliance Policies”. We apply the principles of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and act in line with the data protection commitments and standards adopted by Chile, aligned with the applicable European regulatory framework.
